(3) That a reasonable attorney's fee for the expert
testimony of Charles R. P. Brown be and the same is hereby
awarded in the amount of $600.00 and for Spencer B. Gilbert
be and the same is hereby awarded in the amount of $700.00
and said sum shall be paid by the Plaintiff.
(4) That the Plaintiff, DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION,
STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, be and they

are hereby ordered to pay the total sum of $ 137,~532.85 ,

Said sum shall be deposited in the Registry of ,
this Court, and the Clerk of said Court is hereby ordered to
disburse said sum to the law firm of BRENNAN, McALILEY,
HAYSKAR & McALILEY and said law firm will make the disbursements
in accordance with paragraphs (1) (2) and (3) of this -
Order.
(5) That the Motion to ~ax costs in favor of the Plaintiff
against the Defendant is hereby granted in the sum of $519.91
and shall be paid by said Defendant to the Plaintiff.
. (6) That this Court expressly reserves jurisdiction in
! relation to the matter of the construction of the access road
