Book 212, page 465, Public Records of St. Lucig County, Florida on March 22, 1973 in the amount of $14,000.00 and subsequently assigned from DANIEL L. SANFORD and VINNIE R. SANFORD, his wife to CAROL M. FOSTER on March 21, 1973 and recorded in Official Record Book 212, page 468 Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida on March 22, 1973. ~ Mortgage~dated October 14, 1977 from RAYMOND SAPP and JANET j SAPP, his wife to LAWRENCE ALAN GREENWOOD and ADRIANNE E. ~ GREENWOOD, his wife and recorded in O.R. Book 276, page 358, ~ Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida on October 24, 1977 in the amount of $7,662.48. ~ ~ SECOND: Mortgagors covenant and agree to comply with all of the terms and provision of said senior mortgage (except the requirements to make the payments of principal ~ and interest thereon) and upon the compliance by the mortgagors ~ with the terms and provisions contained in said senior ~ ~ mortgage and contained herein, mortgagee will pay the installments ~ of principal and interest from time to time due under said ~ senior mortgage in accordance with its terms.
