PROr ISSORY NOTE
518,20Q.00 Vero Beach, Florid
May 22, 1979
In the manner hereinafter provided, after date, I, w~, ~
or either of us promise ~o pay to the order of RAYMOND E. SAPP and ~
JANET S. SAPP, his wife, EIGHTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED ($18,200.00)
DOLLARS for value received, payable at Ft. Pierce, Florida.
. OR such other place as the holder may designate in writing _
with interest from May 22, 1979 at the rate of 10 per cent
per annum until paid; interest payable as hereinafter stated.
And each of us whether maker, guarantor or endorser,
hereby several~y waives and renounces any and all homestead
exemption rights we may have.under the Constitution or laws
of the State of Florida, or any other State, or United
States as against this note; and each further waives demand, ,
notice of non-payment, and protest, and in the event it
becomes necessary to collect this note through an attorney,
agrees to pay all costs oi ~ullection, including reasonable
attorney's fees. ~ ~
Payments hereon shall begin on June 22, 1979, said
payments to be as follows: • ~ ~

The Sum of $240.53 shall be due and payable on the 22nd day of June, ~
and the sum of $240.53 shall be due and payable on the 22nd '
day of each month thereafter until the entire amount of ~
principal and interest due hereunder shall have been paid in ~
full. The sum of $240.53 shall include principal and interest. r

Al1 payments shall apply first to accrued interest and then
to principal balance remaining unpaid from time to time. ~
Failure to make any payment of principal or interest within (
thirty (30) days of due date shall cause the entire unpaid `
balance of principal and interest to become immediately due f
and payable at the option of the holder.

~ riarch 22, 1973 in the amount of $14,000.00 and subsequently

~ wife to CAROL M. FOSTER on March 21, 1973 and recorded in
Official Record Book 212, page 968 Public Records of St.
~ Lucie County, Florida on March 22, 1973.
