21. Ftit~re Aivs~ct~. Upon requat by Borrower, Lcnder, at Lender's option within twenty yeus frum the date of this
Mongage, may malce Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon. shall be securcd by this
Mortgage ~rheo evideacaf by promissory notes stating that said notes arc secured hercby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtednas socured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in aocordanoe herewith to protect the
security of this Mortgage. exceed the original amount of the Note plus USS-"-~"'~"-'-•
22. Reiease. UpQn payment of all sums secured by this Moltgage, Lender shall releue this Mortgage without chuge
to Borrower. Borrower shall pay all costs of recordatan, if any.

which may be awuded by an appellate court.
