Mortgage when evideacxd by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principai
amount of the indebtodnas secured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanoed in aooordanoe het~ewith to protect the

22. Rekase. Upan payment of all sums secured by this MoRgage, Lender shall release this Mortgage without chuge
