to Amend Final Judgment, and for Protective Order and/or
Continuance, and the Court having considered the same,
hearing the arguments of counsel, and being otherwise fully .
advised in the premises, it is, hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) The Husband's Motion for Contempt~is denied.
(2) The Motion of the Husband to compel having become

~ (3) The Wife's Motion for Protective Order and/or .

~ for Continuance is denied. _

(4) The Wife is hereby enjoined and restrained from
~ further levy or execution upon the property of the Husband,

~ pending the decision of the 4th D.C.A. on the pending appeal
~ from the Order of this Court dated January 6, 1978.

~ (5) The Wife and the Sheriff of St. Lucie County are

t hereby mutually restrained and enjoined from proceeding further
