- The South 100 feet of the following -
described property: Beginning at the
VE corner of land owned by~Mary S. Jennings,
in Lot 3 of Section 32, Township 36 South,
Range 41 East; bearing trees to post in
bluff, Palm x. N. 31° W. 9.8 feet; Palm x.
S. 69° W. 15 feet; thence run S. 67° W.
20.80 chains to a stake on the shore of
Savannah; thence in a Northerly direction
meandering the said shore to a stake set
on the North line of Lot 3, between the land nowor fo~cm-
erly owned by Sara H. Saunders and property
conveyed; thence East along said line 24
chains to the St. Lucie Sound; thence Southerly
along said Sound to where the south line -
of sai~ tract herein conveyed intersects;
thence S. 67° W. to point of beginning,
containing 17.95 acres, less the right o~ way _
of the F.E.C. Railway, a strip of 100 feet
wide, being 50 feet each side of the center
~ of the line of said rail_way through this
property. Surveyed by the County Surveyor,
R. E. Burchfield, April 22, 1889, and this
being the same property as conveyed in
Quit Claim Deed wherein.Rudolph F. A.
Geweri, was grantor and Jay D. Jacobus and
his wife-Ethlye K. Jacobus were grantees,
dated March 3, 1934, in Deed Book 82, page
109 Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
which property has been advertised for sale on the 25th day
of June, 1979. Said levy to otherwise remain in full force
and effect.
(6) The Husband, ROBERT W. MAYER, is hereby enjoined
' and restrained from transferring, selling, conveying,
; hypothecating, encumbering, liening or otherwise disposing

` of any interests in any property he may own, real or personal,

~ of this Court.
