~ This cause came on for trial the 22nd day of May, 1979,
' and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,

; and the stipulation of the parties entered in open Court, finds E
: and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of th~~ a»;r; thAr the relation of Husband and
, Wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between ~
~ the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage. between JOHNNIE PEEPLES
and CYNTHIA PEEPLES be and the same is hereby dissolved, and

li ~ the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the -

~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from

' the obligations arising therefrom.

; 2. CUSTODY. Custody of IRIS PEEPLES, JOHNNIE PEEPLES ~

and MICHAEL PEEPLES, minor children of the parties, is hereby
; awarded to CYNTHIA PEEPLES, with reasonable visitation rights

~ reserved to JOHNNIE PEEPLES, the Husband.
~ 3. CHILD SUPPORT. Although the Wife, CYNTHIA PEEPLES,
~
~ _ ' has the primary custody of the three minor children of the

- marriage, they are presently residing with their maternal
~ grandmother, MRS. MILLER. The Husband's obligation to pay

' child support shall.cotmnence the 25th day of May, 1979, and

~ for so long as the minor children of the parties reside with

~ their maternal grandmother, in her residence, the Husband
~ ~
JOHNNIE PEEPLES, shall pay to MRS. MILLER, the sum of $35.00
° per week as child support for the children named above; the
