TEMPORARY ORDER THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before me this 8th ~ day of June, 1979, upon the Petition of the Wife for temporary relief, and the Court having heard th~ testimony of the Wife and of the Husband, and having admitted the Financial Affidavits of the Wife and the Husband into evidence, and having considered the same, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the : premises, it is thereupon ORDER£D and ADJUDGED as follows: ; 1. Temporary custody of the minor child of the parties, ! JAMESHA PHILLIPS. is hereby awarded to the Wife. LILLIE T. ~ E ~ ~ PHILLIPS, and reasonable visitation rights are reserved to the ~ Husband JA.*~S PHILLIPS JR. E . , [ . E E 2. Temporary support is hereby awarded to the Wife in the ~ amount of $40.00 per week; payments of which shall be made by ~ the Husband through the Clerk of the Court~ commencing on the ~ - ~ ~ 15th day of June, 1979. In addition, there is hereby assessed x - s the sum of $2.00 as statutory cost to be added to each payment ~ ~ to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order, ~ or cashier's check.
