FINALJUDGMENT DI6S I F 'RRIA6E This cause came on for trial the llth day of June, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and 6hould be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: - 1. DISSOLl1TION OF MARRIAGf: The marriage between PATRICIA LYNN GRIBBLE and J. M. GRIBBLE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the - E ~ parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of i ; matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising ~ therefrom. I ~ 2. ~tfSTaDY: The Caurt her~by sets aside the Agreement entere~ • ~ _ ~ into evidence and awards custody of GREGORY J. GRIBBLE, minor child of the ~ parties, to PATRICIA LYNN GRIBBLE, subject to reasonable and liberal rights ~ of visitation reserved to J. M. GRIBBLE which contemplates a visit at the ~ father's expense to and from the mother's home, to allow the father to ~ ~ visit during the periods when he is working several weeks out on his truck ~ ~ and at home for one to two week periods between such trucking sojourns. ~ 3. SUPPORT: Conmencing the 22nd day of June, 1979, J. M.
