21. Future Advances. Upon request by Bo~rower, Lender~ at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortqage~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with
interest thereon, shall be ~ecured by this Mortqage when evidenced by promissory notes statinq that said
notes are ~ecured hereby. At no time shall the principal ampunt of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
