hereby agree to be bound by the covenants and agreementa contained in Uniform Covenants numberec~ L ,

recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property ia located and

Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenanta 1 throuqh 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19. 20, 22~ and 23 of this Mortgage. Bo*_rower and Lender agree that all
referenc~s to the Property, Boirower. Lend~c and Note contained in the above described rr~aatec form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Prope~ty~ Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Bo~row~ acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by referanoe into this Mortqage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower~ Lender~ at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortqage~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advancea, with
interest thereon, shaii be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notea statinq that said
