recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Piroperty ia located and
in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date. in the volume and~ at the page as followa:

Such proviaions aa are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenanta 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of this Mortgaqe. Borrower and Lender agree that all
references to the Property. Barower~ Lender and Note contained in the above deacribed mast~ form of
mortgaqe and incorporated by reference h~einto shall be construed to mean the Property~ Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the comptete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortqage. '
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Boirower~ Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgaqe~ may make Future Advances to Bocrower. Such Future Advances; with
interest therson, ahall be secured by this Mortqage when evidenced by promisgory notes stating that aaid
notes are ~ecured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gaqe~ not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgaqe~ exceed ~
the orginal amount of the Note plus US ~--NONE _ ;
