Al1 citrus crops now and hereafter growing on the hereinafter
described real property; and -
All pumps, pumping stations, motors, switch boxes and trans-
formers, engines, machinery, tanks, reservoirs, pipes, flumes or
other equipment used for the production or distribution of water
for the irrigations or drainage now or hereafter on or affixed to
the following described real property:
