(20) days from the date of receipt of Plaintiffs' brief within which to
file responsive briefs and Plaintiffs shall have ten (10) days thereafter
to file a rebuttal brief. .
4. Defendant's, HERNANDEZ, Motion to Dismiss, based on the
statute of limitations is hereby held in abeyance. The Plaintiffs shall
have twenty (20) days from the date of this Order within which to file a
brief on that subject. Defendant HERNANDEZ shall have twenty (20) days
from the date of receipt of said Memorandum of Law within which to file a
