statutory authority cited therein, and being fully advised in the
premises, IT IS HEftEBY
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit
Court forthwith pay unto the Defendants, IDEAL HOLDING COItiIIPANY,
et al., the sum of $5,875.00 being the sum set forth in the Decla-
ration of Taking for Parcel No. 103 and the sum of $535.00 being .
the sum set forth in the Declaration of Taking for Parcel No. ?23;
and it is further ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the payment of these funds
from the funds on deposit in the Registry of the Court shall in
no way impair the right of the Defendants, IDEAL HOLDING COMPANY,
et al., to claim full damages for the taking of said parcel at a
trial to determine the value thereof.
