RESOLUTION NO. 79-54

WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission,
a~fter h~di.n~g a public hearing of which due notiCe was published at least
fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all owners of property
within 300.feet were notified by mail of said hearing, has recommended
to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County that the
hereinafter described request for a change in zoning classification
be GRANTED, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing
on June 19. 1979 after first vublishina notice of said hearinq in the
News Tribune on June_4, 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 19th .
day of June, 1979, as follows:
1. That the zoning of the following described property in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
2407-131-0003.000/9 1957
07 35 40 West 158 1/4 feet of East 1266
feet of S~~~ of NE~, Iess Road right of
way (60)(4.60 ac) OR 276-642) ~
owned by INVESTORS DI~IERSIFIED, LTD., INC. be and the same is hereby
i changed from B-3 (arterial business) and A-Z (agriculture) to B-4

4 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Zoning Director of St. Lucie

~ County is her.eby authorized and directed to cause the changes to be
made on the Official Zoning Map of St. Lucie County as set out above
~ and to make notation thereof of reference to the date of adoptian
~ of this resolution. ~ ~
