71~e afotesaid payments are to be applied first to interest at the rate aforesaid due upon the principal sum or so much thereof

All payments of interest and principal are payable at the office of the payee in the cily above set forth, or at surh other
place as the hoWer may designate in w•riting, in lawfui money of the United SWtes. If any of said payments of interest and
principal shall not be paid when due Ihen the entire principal sum and accrued interest shall become due and payabk at onct, at
the option of the holder of this note.

If default be made in the payment of any of said sums or interest or in the performance of any agreements contained here,
or in perfortnance of the terms of the mortg~ge securing this note, then, at the option of the holder of the same, the principal
sum then remaining unpaid with accrued interest shall immed'utely becorne due, payable and collecGbk without rtotice, time
being of Ihe essence of this contract, and said principal wm and said accrued interest shall beu interest at maximum rate then
allowed by law, from such time until paid. The holder is given and agreed to have the right of xtoff against all deposits, accounts,
ctedits and other propetty of each maket, guarantor and endorser in posussion or ronttol of the holder for any ard various wms
due hereunder, without requirement of notire.
Any language in said note or morl~uge to the conuary notwithstanding, nu interest shall be charged or colkcted in excess
of that allowed by Florida law, a~d in the event of the accekntion of the mortgage, and the notes secured thereby, any prepaid
and unearned interest and points in exceu of a law~'ul rate ot interest to the date of enforcement of payment shall thereupon be
refunded to the. MortRagor autom~tically by the crediting of same agains the sum then due, but such crcdit shall not cure or ~
waive any default occasioning accelention. . .
Each maker, guarentor and endorser waives prexntment, protest, noti of protest and notice of dishonor and agces to all
