THIS CAUSE was heard on [he 12th day of June , 1979, L~pon the
Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
_ the Petitioner being present in open Cuurt in person and rzpresented by cuunsel,
and the Respondent _ having appeared in person in open Gourt and not :?avin~;
heen represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
the parties and being feslly ad~ised in tha.premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that CHARLES EDWARD COQK, SR. , the Respondent, had the
financial abili[y to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now ad~udged g~~ilty
of ~,rillful contempt of this Court for his wfllFul failure to pay support paywents
as ~irected~by ordcr duly entered herein. It is ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30~days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Floride,

couuu~i?cing on OCTOBER 16 , 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found.

; PROVIDID, HOIJEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after

authorized deputies are therefore
