~ by virtue of a power of attorney executed by HERBERT PULITZER. ~

2. That this affidavit is made in accordance with Florida ~
Statute 709.01.
3. Further, deponent states that as of the date of this
affidavit he has not received actual notice and has no knowledge
; of the death of the principal or any facts indicating his death
and said powers of attorney have not been revoked.
