POWER OF ATTORNEY
Know All Men By These Presents:
That HERBERT PULITLER, JR. has made, constituted and appointed,
and by these presents does make, constitute and appoint IRVING YELEN
true and lawful attorney for me and in my name, place and stead and
I do hereby authorize him to execute, acknowledge and deliver any and
all contracts. deeds, leases, assignments of mortgage, warranty deeds,
extensions of mortgages, satisfactions of m~rtgage, releases of mortgage,
subordination agreements, and any other instrument or agreement of

citrus; that I do not live on subject property nor do I live on
property contiguous therewith but that my residence and homestead

that subject properties do not constitute my constitutional homestead.
