KNOW ALL MEN BY TNESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, HUTCHINSON ISLAND LL*IITED PARTNERSHIP, a Florida limited
partnership, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagor, by Indenture of
Mortgage bearing date of the 15th day of August, 1978, and recorded in
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, in Official Records Book 292, at Page 1643, granted and conveyed
unto TNE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, a National Banking Association,
hereinafter referred to as the Mortgggee, and its assigns, the premises
therein particularly described to secure the payment of the sum of Three
Million Fifty Thousand Dollars ($3,050,000.00), with interest as therein
mentioned; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgagor executed a Uniform Co~ercial Code Financing
Statement filed and recorded in Official Records Book 292, at Page 1658, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Mortgagor executed a Uniform Commercial Code Financing
Statement filed on September 18, 1978, with the Secretary of State, State of
Florida, under File No. 929816; and
WHEREAS, Mortgagor executed an Assig'nment of Leases, Rents and Profits
filed and recorded in Off icial Records Book 292, at Page 1651, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.;
NOW, TAEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the said Mortgagee in consideration of
the premises and of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to it in hand paid by or
on behalf of the said Mortgagor at the time of the execution hereof, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do remise, release, quit-claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said Mortgage and
Commercial Code Financing Statements, unto the said Mortgagor, its successors
and assigns, that property described as follows:

I NOW, THEREFORE, the Mortgagee hereby acknowledges fu11 payment and
E satisfaction of said Note and Mortgage Deed, and Com~ercial Code Financing
j Statements, and Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits, and surrenders the
~ ~ same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of said Circuit Court to
~ cancel the same of record.
