Said deed was recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County
on December 11, 1978 in O. R. Book 299, Page I559.
I hereby affirm that as af said date, Cecelia Cassidy who Was
residenced at 216 Rockland Road, Pearl River, New York had never
used said lot as mentioned above as a homesteaded property under
the laws of the State of Florida.
