consideration of the 8uaa of One Dollar, to them in hand paid by
the FORT PIERCE U'TILITIES AUTHORITY OF THfi CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA, A ~aunicipal corporation under the l,aws of the State o#
Florida, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey
and qrant to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA for the use and ~
benefit of the FORT PIERCT~UTILITITS AUTHORITY the privileqe ~
and easemer~t to conatruct an electric distribution line over and
across the followinq described land in St. Lucie County, Florida,

A 6 foot wide easement:
The North 6 feet of the South 27 feet of the East 140 feet
of Hat~thorne Road (a vacated road) bounded between Blocks
27 and 47, and the WeBt 6 feet of Lots 1 thru 12 in Block
27, all in San Lucie Plaza, Unit #l and located in Section
33, Township 34 South, Range 40 East.

and to place such poles and attachments thereto, across and on,
said land as may be necessary in the construction of said line,
includinq the right to trim, cut and keep clear of said line all
trees and limbs which ma~ endanger the same, with the right to
go upon said land from time to time as may be necessary to con-- ~
struct, maintain and repair said line.. No permanent structures
shall be placed or installed on said easement. .

~ the said land and have the riqht to grant this easement.
