PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
MHEREAS., COMMUNITIES FINANCIAL~CORP4RATION, formerly INTERSTATE HI6NWAY
INVESTMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporatian, on December 13, 1971 gave
unto MIAMI NATIONAL BANK a Real Estate Mortgage, said Mortgage Nas recorded
in Official Records 6ook 198, at Page 725 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida on Decembe r 23, 1971; and
WNEREAS, MIAMI NATIONAL BANK, by virtue of an Assignment of Mortgage,
recorded in~Official Records Book 271 at Page 579 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, did assign, transfer and convey unto FiRST
AMERICAN BANK OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, formerly knoan as FIRST AMERICAN BANK
OF LAKE WORTH, N.A. all of its right, title and interest in that certain
Mortgage. -
NOY, THEREFORE, KNQW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the FIRST AMERICAN
BANK OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, formerly known as FIRST AMERICAN BANK OF LAKE
WORTH, N.A. does hereby remise, release and discharge forever from the lien
and effect of said Mortgage the real property desc ribed in the Exhibit "A"
attached hereto.
IN YITNESS WHEREOF, it has caused this Partial Release of Mortgage to
