Box 2197 Houston, TX 77001 ~ WARRIINTY DEED ~ STATE OF ~'LORIDA ) ~ COUNTY OF 5T. ,LUCIE ) ' ~ This Indenture, made this Zy - day of , 19 78 , between COMAP, INC., a Delaware corporation, wit an of ice at 100 West Tenth Street, ~~ilmington, Delaware 19801, t party of the first part, and DELAWARE WESTERN PROPERTIF.S, ~ INC., a Delaware corporation with an office at 100 West ( Tenth Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, party of the ' second part, witnesseth: that the party of the first part ~ for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowl- edged, has granted, bargained and sold to the party of the i second part, its successors and assiqns, farever, all of the ~ real property and premises situated in St. Lucie County, ~ Florida, described on Exhibit "A" attached 'nereio a~iii u~aua a part hereof, together with all the improvements on said premises and the appurtenances thereunto belonging. . And for the same consideration, party of the first ~ part hereby cor_veys unta the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns, all of the equipment of whatever character owned by party of the first part~and now located on said premises. This deed is being.made pursuant to the terms and provisions of that certain Lease and Agreement by and among Delaware LVestern Properties, Inc., Lessor, and COMAP, Inc., . Lessee, and Bankers Trust Company, as Escrow Agent, and ; Bankers irust Company, and R. I. Landau, as Trustees, dated as ~ : of November 30, 1970, covering, among other lands, the lands ~ described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto, which Lease and ! ; Agreement provides that COMAP, Inc. shall convey a fee ~ I simple interest in the premises to Delaware Western Properties, ; Inc., subject to the special limitation that sUch estate ~ shall continue for only so long as said Lease and Agreement ' ~ shall not have been terminated pursuant to Paragraph 18(a) ~ ~ thereof; and COl9AP, Inc. does hereby warrant title to the ~ ~ premises, free and clear of all liens, charges, and encumbrances, } ~ other than the aforesaid Lease and Agreement, and except for ~ the "Permitted Liens" described in Paragraph 4 of the aforesaid .
