' ~ \ - ~ . , !,F . _ - , ! s~ ` ' RO11224 ih,1~t 1928 4 upon thQ payment of all other sums payable on the Notes and under the Indenture and tbe Performance and observance of the provisiona hereof and thereof this Agreement and all rights herein assigned to the Trustees shall cease and tern~inate, all ~the estate, right, title and interest of the Assignor in and to the property assigned by thia Agree- inent (herein called the ~~Assigned Property") shall revert to the Assignor, and the Trustees shall, at the reqnest of the Asaignor, deliver to the Asaignor an instrnment in recordable form cancelling this Agreement aud reassigning to the Agsignor the Assigned Property. 3. The Assignor hereby irrevocablp designat~a the Trustees to - receive eopies of all noticea, undertakings, demands, statements, docu- ments and other commnnications which the Lessee is required or per- mitted to give, make, deliver to or serve npon the lessor under the Let~se, and the Assignor hereby irrevocably directs the Lessee to deliver f to the Trnstee, at its address set forth above or at snch other address ~ as the Trnetee shall designate, duplicate original copies of all such ~ . notices, nndertakings, demands, statements, docnments and other com- munications, with which direction the Lessee hereby nndertakes to ~ comply. 4. The Assignor and the Lessee represent to the Tmstees that the Lease and tLe (~narantee Agreement are in fnll effect and that no default nnder either such instrument has occnrred and is continuing. The Assignor representa to the Trustees that the Assignor has not ~ esecnted any other assignment of the Assigned Property escept pur- sUant to the Indentnre. 5.
