(e) rigLts of the Vnited Statea or any State or political aub- ,
division thereof (which for pnrposes of this Lease shall inclnde ,
any taaing or improvement district) or other pnblic or govern-
mental anthority to take or control property or to terminate any
right, power, francLise, grant, licenae or permit previously in force; _ ~
(f ) the pendency or filing of any application or proceedings
seeking tLe annezation to or inclnsion in any political snbdiviaion,
or the rezoning, of any I,eased Parcel or any portion thereof,
provided in each oase tLat the determination or resnlt sought in
such applicsition or proceedings would not in the reasonable opinion
of the Company materially impair the use of such Leased Parcel
for the business purposes of the Company or Continental;
(g) anv leaseLold interest of less than three years, or any
leasehold egisting with respect to any Leased Parcel at the time
; of the conveyance of such Leased Parcel to Properties the in- -
' terest of the tenant nnder which by ita terma or as a reanlt of

nnder or pursuant to a non-disturbance agreement of the character
specified in Paragraph 25(a) ;
~ ( j) with respect to uup Leased Parcel, other liens or en-
~ cumbrances generally permitted in leases of comparable prop- ~
erty in the locale in ~hich snch Leased Parcel ia situated, pro-
vided that such liens or encumbrancea do not materially impair
the use of such Leased Parcel for the buainess pnrposea of the
Company or Continental ; and
~ (k) tLe reversionary interest therein retained by the Company •
~ pursuant to Paragraph 3(b).
