Each Leased Parcel is leaaed herennder to the Company subject to the atate of title thereto aa of the date such Leased Parcel becomes subject to the Lease (inclnding any liena, chargea, encwubrances and violations then eaisting in respeat of the same) without any ~varranty or repreaentation, eaprese or implied, of any kind by Propertiea. 6. Tsax eRn Poes$saiox. - The term of the leasehold estate created in the Company bs thia ~ Lease (hereinafter called the "Lease Term") ahall commence simnl- E taneonsly with the first conveyance to Propertiea of title to one of the ~ Leaaed Parceie as hereinabove provided, and ahall continne ~o and in- clude December~l, 2000, unlesa terminated prior thereto as hereinafter ~ provided. Neither Properties nor the Companp shall have any option ~ to renew this Lease. ~ Propertiea agrees to permit the Company to remain in sole and fnll ~ poasession of the Leased Premisea immediately npon the commence- ~ ment of the Lease Term.
