The Company shall pay as additional rent all tazes and asaess- ments, general and special, if any, levied or assessed on any of the Leased Parcels during the Lease Teran, all water and sewer charges, assessments and other goveiwnental charges and impositiona whatso- t ~ ever, foreseen or unforeseen, with respect to the Leased Premises, and ~ ~ all groas receipts, franehise, capital stock, eacesa profit, income and ~ like tages against Properties or the Trnst-ee or either Trnstee meas- ured by rents payable hereunder or the net income therefrom or any ~ payments herennder (all of which tagea, asseasmenta, charges and ~ impositions are in this Paragraph 9 called the "impnsitions").
