the Company shall have the rigLt to enforce and asaert Properties' _
rights nnder the Note Pnrchaee Agreemen~e, in the name of the Com-
pany or Properties, on Properties' behalf and for its and the Company'e
benefit, bnt at the expense of the Company.
28. I~srBCriox.
Prnpertiea and its representatives and designees, other than a
competitor of the Company, Continental or any other person oocnpying .
any part of the Leased Premises, may enter any of the Leased Parcels,
; or any part thereof, at reasonable timea dnring bnsineas honrs, and
npon prior notice to the Company and any oocnpant of the Leased
; Premises, for the pnrpose of inspecting the same (other than cagea or -
' enclosures in which money, secnritiea or other valnables or confidential
~ ~ documents are kept) ; provided that notLing herein shall require or
~ permit the disclosnre to Properties or ita , representative or designee
F . of (i) any trade secreta of the Company, Continental or any such
~ other peraon or- (u) any other confidential processes, techniques or
~ information ~liich the Company, Continental or any snch other person is -
not free to diselose, whether by virtue of any applicable statnte, .
governmental secnrity regnlation, technical assiatanee agreement, .
patent license or similar agreement relating to the acqtusition or inter-
change of technology or otherwise. Properties shall not have any
obligation to make any anch inspection nor shall it incnr any liabilit3
t?s a result of making~ or not making any snch inspection. The Company
shall be entitled to reqnire that the representative or designee of
~ Properties making snch inapection shall be accompanied while inspect-
~ ing the Leased Premises by a representativP or deaignee of the Com-

~ pany, which representative or deaignee ahall be- made available at

~ the time duly speciSed in Properties' aforesaid notice of inspection.
