Trust Company and R. I. Landau, as Trustees. All terms defined in T
the Lease are used in this opinion with the same meaning. 3

Supplementing my general familiarity ~vith the history and busi- ~
ness of Continental and the Company, I have ezamined originals or ~
copies identified to my satisfaction of all such certificates of pnblic ~
officials, certificates and other statements of off'icers of Continental and
the Company, corporate docnments and records of Continental and the
Company, opinions of counsel for Continental who h~ve searched title
and other materials in the files of Continental relating to title, inclnding ~
~ policies of title insurance and title report~ isSned by repntable title
~ insurance companies, and all such other docnments, records snd papers
~ as I have deemed rele~~ant and necessary s~s a basis for my opinion
