ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before this Court on the Wife's
Motion for Temporary Relief and the Husband's Motion for
Temporary Relief and the Court having heard the testimony of
all parties and having been fully advised in the premises, it
is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restraine
from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other
temporari~y and the Sheriff of St.Lucie County or any of his
deputies are hereby directed to take the offending party into
custody. ~
2. That the attorney for the Husband and the attorney
~ _
~ for the Wife are hereby directed to set up an exchange of

~ • personal items at the earliest convenience for both parties.

~3. That the Wife is hereby awarded temporary support
€
~ in the amount of $150.00 per month commencing July 2, 1979

and continuing each month thereafter until the Final Hearing
of this cause. Each payment shall be made to'the Clerk of this
~ Court and by him remitted promptly to AVONELL C. HURD. In
~
~ addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutor
~
~ costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Al1 pay-
~
~ ments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
~
~ Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this
~
~ Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all

~ times ~ahile this Order is in effect.
