Protective Order and the Court being fully advised in the premises;
it is thereupon, ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant shall produce within
ten (10) days at the office of BRENNAN, McALILEY, HAYSKAR & ~
McALILEY, attorneys for Defendants, the checkbook referred to in
the deposition of R. D. Robinson as being in Virginia at that
~ time and Defendants shall identify it by bank and account number
~ as well as all bank accounts maintained for or in behalf of
~ Defendant, MAJOR EXCAVATING CO., INC., and if Plaintiff wishes
