4. The Defendants' Motion to Strike as to Exhibits "C".
"D" and "G" is denied.
5. The Defendants' Motion to Strike Paragraph 18 is
granted as to the following portion of Paragraph 18:
"These failurea are evidenced in the letter
of.March 19, 1979, from Inez S. Lowry, a
copy of said Ietter is attached hereto and
incorporated herein as Exhibit "H"; and the
letter of March 23. 1979. signed by Debra S. -
Aayes, Deputy City Clerk. a copy of said
letter is attached hereto and incorporated
herein as Exhibit "I"." ~
6. The Motion to Strike Paragraph 14, Paragraph 22 and
the remainder of Paragraph 18 is hereby denied.
7. The Motion to Interlineate,the names of the City
Commissioners, MAYOR BUELL BROWN, JOHN D. BROWNING, HAVERT FENN,
GROVER LESLIE and JACK LONG is hereby granted, without ob3ection~
by the Defendants' counsel, in Paragraph 16 of the Second Amended
Complaint. -
