THIS IS A DEED dated M~y 24 , 1979, by STAFAC INC., a ~
Delaware corporation with offices at 00 West Tenth Street, Wilnington, Delaware
(herein called "Grantor"), to SAELL OIL COHPANY, a Delaware corporation with
offices at One Shell Plaza, Houston, Texas (herein called "Grantee"):
- GRANTOR, for good and valuable consideration received, hereby grants
and conveys to Grantee the following described premises situated at the inter-
section of Orange Aveaue and Angle Raa~ in Fort Pierce, Caunty of St. Lucie,
State of Florida:
BEGINNING on the north liae of right-of-way of Orange Avenue at the
intersection.with the west line of the right-of-way of Angle Road,

o line measured at right angles thereto, and the west right-of-way of
