Barower and Lender hereby expreasly adopt and incorporate by ceference into thia Mortgage and •
hereby a~cee to be bound by the covenants and agreements contained in Uniform Covenants numbered 1
throuqh 17 and Non-Uniform Covenanta numbered 18, 19~ 20~ 22~ and 23 of the maater fam of martgage
recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property is located and

Such provisions as are incocporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 throuqh 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19~ 20~ 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrowec and Lender agree that all
references to the Property~ Bonrower, Lender aad~ Note contained in the above deacxibed maater form of
mortqage and incorporated by reference hereinto shaU be construed to mean the Property, Borraw~r~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrowec aclalowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisiona
hereby incorporated by reference into thia Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIF'ORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agr8e
as follows: .
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Bonower~ Lender; at Lender's option w;thin twenty years
from the date of this Mortqage, may make Futura Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when eridenced by promissoiy notes stating that said
notes are ~ecured hereby. At no time shaU the principal amount of the indebtedness ~ecured by this Mort-
qage~ not includinq suma advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed
