Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19~ 20, 22, and 23 of thia Mortgage. Borrower and Lender ayree that all
referenoes to the Property~ Barower~ Lender and Note contained in the above deacribed mastar form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto ahall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisiona
hereby incorporated by referenoe into thia Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-iJNIFORM COVENANTS. Borcower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
~ 21. Future Advanoes. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option vv~thin twenty yeara
from the dat~ of this Mortqage, may rnake Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon, ahall be secured by this Mortqage when evidenced by pmmisaory notes atating that aaid
notes are ~ecured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtednsss secured by this Mort-
qage, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the sscurity of this Mortqage, exceed
