RIDER TO WARRANTY DEED FROM GEHERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
TO THE AMERICAN LUTHERAN CHURCH
approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

The pa~ties acknowledge and ag~ee that the p~emises shall be
used for the sol~ pu~pose of a Church and affiliated operations
and any modificstion or change in such use will requi~e the
consent and approval of Grantor.
This later restriction shall remai~ in full force and effect
for a period of twenty (20) yea~s from the date of recordaYion
of this Deed.
