to Show Cause why the claimed property should not be delivered
into Plaintiff's possession pending final adjudica~ion of this
cause and the Court having considered the showings of the
parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is
CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the Plaintiff is entitled to take
, possession of the property described below pending final adjud-
ication of the claims of the parties, and the Clerk of the

; Circuit Court shall issue a Writ of Replevin commanding the

i Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, to replevy the following
i
~ property located at Allied Material Supply, Inc., Route 4,
on Selviz Road, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida:
One (1) used Allis Chalmers front-end
loader, Model 940 (Articulated), ID~~1015
~ 2. That this.order may be stayed pending final
~ ~ adjudication of the claims of the Parties, and possession of

~ the claimed property may be retained by Defendant upon De-

' fendant posting a bond, with surety to be approved by the
