~ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
This cause coming on before this Court upon the Petition of
GERARD G. CARUSO, as Guardian of the property of JOSEPH JAMES CARUSO,
a minor, and the Court having determined that it is in the best
interests of the minor that certain assets be sold in order to pro-
;
vide funds for the health, welfare, and education of the minor, and
that the best interests of the minor would be served by the sale of
the property at a private sale for a cash purchase price of $2,000.00,
and the Court finding that all interested per.sons have consented to
the entry of this Order, it is therefore
aRDERED AND ADJUDGED that GERARD G. CARUSO, as Guardian of
the property of JOSEPH JAMLS CARUSO, a minor, is hereby authorized to
; sell the following-described real property:
