AUTHORIZIN6 SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
The Petitioner, GERARD G. CARUSO, alleges:
1. Petitioner is the Cuardian of the property of JOSEPH JAMES

CARUSO. a minor. .

2, The above-named minor is the beneficiary of a trust

created by his grand~ther, MARIE CARUSO, as evidenced by that certain ;
deed recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, a ~
copy of which is attached hereto, said property being titled in the
name of "GERARU G. CARUSO, IN TRUST FOR JOSEPH J. CARUSO, a minor".

3. GERARD G. CARUSO, in his capacity as Trustee, desires to
E sell a-portian of said property, and in order to convey clear title to
~
F the purchaser, it is necessary that GERARD G, CARUSO, in his capacity
~ as Guardian of the property of said minor, execute and deliver a
~ Guardian's Deed.
~ 4. The portion of said real property herein sought to be sold

is described as follows:
Lot 13, Block 5, of SUNSHINE STATE LAND COMPANY'S _
"JAY GARDENS" - Ft. Pierce Subdivision of SW 1/4 -
~ of the NW 1/4 of Section 11, Township 35 South, ~
Range 39 East, as recorded in Plat Book 10, at r
page 70, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
5. The above-described real property has an appraised value
~ of $670.00, and GERARD G. CARUSO, in his capacity as Trustee, has

received an~offer to purchase said property for the sum of $2,000.00

~ ~ cash, which is well in excess of the appraised value.

~ 6. Petitioner, in his capacity as Guardian of the property of
he minor considers that this sale is in the best interests of ~
