Safety Deposit Hox Nuanber 1509, in the 3t. Lucie County Bank, Fort
Pierce, Florida, all monies in my savings account in the First
Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, Fort Pierca,
Florida, and my checking account No. 26-3409-0 in the St. Lucie County
Bank, Fbrt Pierce, Florida; and that, as my said assets are liquidated
and converted ihto eash monies, all said monies ahall be depnsited
in the St. Lucie County Bank, Fort Pierce, Florid,a, in the name of
my Estate, and distri.buted, after payment and distribution of all my
lawful debts, funeral expenses, taxes, administrative costs and other~
proper payments, by Order of the Probate Court of competent juris-
diction as hereinafter set forth.
gIXTH 2'hat my said Executor shall provide from the assets
of my Estate so liquidated and-converted into cash monies, for the
care and support of my collie dog, named Roderick; that my said
Executor shall pay to the person or family who shall keep and care for
my said collie dog, in a proper and kind manner, the sum of One Hundred
Fifty ($150.00) Dollars per month, for as long as my said collie dog
~ shall live, provided, however, that, in the event that my said collie

dog shall die or disappear and cannot be found or identified within
a period of three (3) months,.said monthly payments shall cease to

be made and my said Executor shall file his final return and make
application to the Probate Court of cotnpetent jurisdiction for '
approval of said final return and for an order of distribution of the
remaining assets of my Estate to the persons hereinafter named. The
~ payment of One Huncized Fifty ($150.00) Dollars per month is for care,

~ feeding, exercising, attending to licenses and inoculations, veterinary

~ treatments and boarding fees, when necessary. It is my desire that

~ Mrs. Betty M. Christopher, Raute 3, Box 140, Jenkins Road, Fort

~ Pierce, Florida, shall have the care, custody and control of my said -
collie dog, called "Rod" initially. "Rod" knows Mrs. Christopher
