her. If, at any time~ Mrs. Betty M. Ghrist.opher finds it impossible
to continue the care, custody and control of my said collie dog, she
will infoxm my said Sxecutor, by letter, of such fact, and he will
contact Mr. Sdmund S. Burn. 5407 South Indian River Drive, Pbrt Pierce,
Florida, to deteunine if he will consent to assume the care, custody
and control of my said collie dog, under the aame conditions and
financial arrangements. Should he refuse or should he accept and

later find it impossible to continue the care, custody and control ~

of my said collie dog, my said Sxecutor will ask Mrs. Katheryn McDaniel,
3115 Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Pierce, Florida, to assist him in finding
a good home and reliable custodian for "Rod", under the same conditions
and financial arrangements. My said collie dog is never to be placed ~

in the Huanane Shelter but may be boarded with local veterinarians or
the Mirelaine Kennels pending particular arrang~aents for his care,
custody and control. -
SEVENTH - I give, bequeath and devise to my former wife,
f OLGA PRICL SPENCER, absolutely nothing, since our alleged marriage

was annulled on July 13, 1967, by the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
~ County, Florida, and it is n?y intent and my desire that she receive

nothing from my Estate.
EIGHTH - Upon the death of my collie dog, nan?ed R,oderick,

and the filing by my said Executor of his final return, as hereinabove
~ set forth, I give, bequeath and devise all of the remaining assets
~ of my Estate to my dear sister, Mrs. Jessie Spencer Karsner (Mrs.

~ Howard T. Karsner), Apartment 1001, 3133 Connecticut Avenue, N. W.,

~ Washington, D. C., if she then be living, or, if she then be dead,
