O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on before this Court upon r_he Motion
for Contempt filed herein and after hearing testimony and being
otherwise fully advised, the Court finds and determines that the
husband, JESSIE CHARLES DENNARD, is in wilful contempt of Court
having the ability but failing to pay $32.50 for attorney fees
per the Order of May 1, 1979. As punishment.for said contempt,
JESSIE CHARLES DENNARD is hereby sentenced to five days in the
; St. Lucie County Jail; however, he may purge himself of said

j contempt by the payment of $32.50 on or before July 2. 1979. _
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that for the hearing of June 22,
~ 1979, JESSIE CHARLES DENNARD snall pay to Brad Culverhouse,
~ Attorney, the sum of One Hundred Dollars plus $7.50 costs, said
sums to be paid on or before one month from the date of this order.
DONE AND ORDERED this ZS day of June, 1979. _
