A petition having been filed in proper person by the ~
father and a petition having been filed on behalf of the mother
both having to do with visitation and the Court having heard testimony,
arguments of counsel and being otherwise fully advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the father shall be permitted temporary visitation
one afternoon per week beginning 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Notice
' shall be given by telephone at least twenty-four hours prior to said

j visitation.
~ 2, That the father shall be given temporary visitation
~ every other Sunday afternoon beginning at 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
each and every Sunday beginning July 1, 1979.
Each of the aforementioned visitations shall be uninhibited
by the mother and the requring of calls by the children as to their
- itinerary with their father shall be considered inappropriate. The
father shall conduct himself towards the mother in a manner appropriate

for the well-being of the children and shall have his premises in a
;
~ neat, tidy and well-kept manner. This temporary order is made ~
~
~ specific in an effort to encourage bo~h parties to foster, encourage
~ and promote the other's parental relationship and responsibility.
~ Each party shall bear their own costs of this action.
