O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on June 1, 1979, on
the Motions of both parties and the Court hearing testimony of
the Husband and Wife and argument of counsel and the Court being
duly advised in the premises, it is therefore ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. That the Husband, ROGER LEE WATFORD, shall have the
right to have the minor child, T1~YA MAI WATFORD, visit and be with
him on alternating Tuesdays, from 1:00 o'clock p.m. to 5:00 o'clock
I
~ p.m. away from the marital home commencing 3'u~y .3~. 1979, and
~ -
~ the Husband is hereby ordered to return the child to the Wife
promptly at 5:00 o'clock p.m. as aforesaid together with all clothes,
~belongings and other items brought with the child when she departed
the Wife's residence.
2. That the Husband, ROGER LEE ~TATFORD, shall have the
right to have the minor child, TAYA MAI WATFORD, visit and be with
him on alternating Sundays, from 1:00 o'clock p.m. to 5:00 o'clock
p.m. away from the marital home commencing July 1979, and

~ the Husband is hereby ordered to return the child to the Wife promptly
~
~ at 5:00 o'clock p.m. as aforesaid together with all clothes, belong-
~ ings and other items brought with the child when she departed the
~
~ Wife's residence.
~ 3. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
~ ,
~ from interfering~with, harassing or annoying the other, and the ~
~
~
sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, is hereby authorized to j
