TEMPORARY ORDER
THZS CAU~~ came on to be heard upon the Petition for Temporary
Relief filed by the Wife, and the Court having heard the testimony _
of the respective parties and other evidence, and argument by counsel
for the respective parties, it is therefore
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that:
I. The Husband shall deliver to the wife on or before
June 15, 1979, that certain 1977 Ford Explorer gickup truck presently
~ in his possession. The wife shall have the temporary exclusive
; possession and use of said automobile pending a final disposition of
~ this Cause.
~
~ 2. The husband shall deliver to the wife a certain Frigerdaire
~
~
~ washer and dryer on or before June 15, 1979. The wife shall have the -
temporary exclusive use and possession of said appliances pending the
final disposition of this cause.
3. The husband shall instruct the husband's father to place
~ ~
the.wife's attorney, the Law Offices of RICHARD D. SNEED, JR., P.A., in ~
t
possession of a certain pistol and rifle owned by the wife. ~

` 4. The parties are mutually restrained and enjoined from coming i.
~ ~

~ about, interferring with and molesting each other. The several Sheriffs ~
~ ;
~ of the State of Florida are ordered to give effect to this Order without ;
