Bot2: of the g~ties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailinq and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect. 4. ALIMONY. The Husband is hereby ordered and directed to pay.to the Wife the swn of $25.00 per week, beginning November 8, 1978, and payable on a like day of each succeeding week thereafter for one (1), year, as alimony. ~ Each payment of alimony required to be paid by the Husband to the Wife shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court in a like manner as.stated above in paraqraph 3 hereof. ~ 5. MARITAL DEBTS. The joint marital debts of the parties are to continue as joint obliqations and each party is to be responsible for one-half (1/2) of said debts. ~ 6. ATTORNEYS FEES. The Husband is hereby ordered to pay to the Wife`s attorney the swa of $500.00 toward attorneys' fees; ! the said sum to be paid by the Husband at the rate of $50.00 per ~ , ~ month startinq on the lZ th day of November, with a similar payment ~ to be made on the 17th day ~f each succeedinq month until the said i ~ $500.00 is paid in full; said sum to be paid directly to the Wife's 1 attorney, Emory C. Teel, III, P. O. Box 1000, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450. 7. COSTS. Each party shall bear its own costs with the exception of the court reporter, which said cost shall be divided ~ equally betw~en the parties. ~ r. " 8. RESTRAINING ORDER.
