THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on June 8, 1979,
on the Motion For Contempt and Enforcement of the Wife and all parties
having appeared and the Court being otherwise fully and well advised
in the premises, it is
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that there is now an arrearage in child
support in the amount of $12,000; it is further,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, CHARLES E. IVORY,
shal•1 and he is hereby ordered to pay the sum of $10.00 per week to
the Wife on said arrearage until such time as the arrearage is paid

~ in full. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and

~ by him remitted promptly to the `~life, MARY LEE SIMPSON. In addition,

~ there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be

= added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made

in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ~

ordered to keep the Clerk-of this Court advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at all ti.mes while this Order is in effect. It is
further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, CHARLES IVORY,

~ shall and he is hereby ordered to pay to the Wife's attorney as

~
~ attorney's fees the sum of $50.00 plus $7.50 costs. Said attorney's
~
~ ~
~ fees and costs shall be paid within three months of the date of this
~
